Process for determining errors

If you detect a problem with Microfin try the following steps

bulletreview the known problems list that follows
bulletdescribe your problem on the microfin discussion group listserve and see if others have experienced the same problem and have suggestions for a solution
bulletreport the problem to technical support by writing to techsupp@microfin.com (Remove the capital letters when emailing.  They are there to avoid spammers.)

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.
